Beet This Mead (Pomegranate Beet Mead)

After sharing this Mead with a group of Medieval reenactors at te Renaissance Faire we asked "what should we call it?" And a comely wench shot her mug in the air and exclaimed: "Beet This." You be the judge; Beets rich earthly flavors and brilliant red color with the tartness of Pomegranate and the flavor of our local honey, make Hidden Legend, Beet this Mead, like she said.
